Steelmaster Electro Mechanical Shears
We understand that not everybody wants an NC or programmable Hydraulic Guillotine. Some operators just require a simple system that works. These Shears are ideally suited to sign makers, the security industry and also some trailer manufacturers. Our EMS True Cut shears offer the KISS factor! “Keep it simple silly”. Simply set the blade gape setting on the rear of your shear and away you go. Our EMS offer the same “high quality” frame build and fit as you have come to expect from Steelmaster – just a simple set up and away you go! How goods that?
Sizes from 1270mm x 3.5mm ~ 3000mm x 3.2mm. Our most popular model is the 2500 x 3.2mm capacity. All models are available with Manual Backgauge setup or optional Power Backgauge.
Safety Light Guards are fitted standard on all our Guillotines along with E0Stops to ensure full safety is met! All this at a very competitive price.

Steelmaster STHS – Slide Type Hydraulic Guillotines.
With many models to choose from our STHS models compliment our range. They are available in 2500 x 4mm capacity with a Manual Backguage or optional Power Backgauge. They offer an economical solution to Hydraulic shearing. Fitted with Quick Blade Gap adjustment, Heavy Duty Sheet Supports and Calibrated Squaring arm, they are well placed to provide long lasting efficient shearing while not breaking the budget.
