AKA is still Family owned and currently a second generation operated company operated which become a Leading Demolition, Earthworks & Construction Contractor in the Industry, supplying a range of services across NSW.
AKA provides the following specialized services;
• Bulk Excavation of multi residential and commercial basements including site preparation, land clearing, remediation, land filling and capping services.
• Sawing Works – To minimise vibration, to retain earthworks/soils/structures, to provide a rock saw smooth finishes.
• Piling, shotcrete and anchoring – According to all structural plans provided or Design and construction to suit the requirement.
• Demolition of Residential, Industrial & Commercial Buildings
• Asbestos Removal. Unrestricted bonded asbestos removal. Friable asbestos removal with AS1 supervision.
• Implementation of Remediation Strategies which effectively and efficiently provide waste disposal solutions with the support of our environmental consultants.
• Engineered working platforms for carparks, ground slabs and heavy machinery i.e. piling rigs
• Detail Excavation for building footings, pits, detention tanks, tower crane pads & other detail works.
• Transportation of Quarry & Recycled products in high volumes across NSW.
• Recycling including the processing and breakdown of demolished materials and in-situ minerals for the purpose of re-use.
• Supply of Quarry Products (sands, gravels, ripped sandstone, sandstone boulders, sandstone blocks and general fill (clay & shale).
