In the realisation of REALM, Robbie has for over three decades built a great team of people around him, all of whom are current or retired farmers, young and old, with untold experience across Australia/New Zealand and the USA.

As a part of this journey, Robbie has been instrumental in formulating strategic alliances and partnerships with the best in the business to offer both traditional and online marketing systems second to none to the end user.
