Our original operations were not large by any scale, a small company milling flour and spices for a pocket-sized community. As the years went past the operations grew with the product range increasing to producing pastes and condiments.
With a dream to eventually live in Australia, son Albert A. Nathan moved with his family and started similar operations in Australia in 1987. He purchased a small retail and manufacturing set up in Croydon, Sydney and thus continued the legacy of Katoomba Global Foods in Australia.
Starting from humble beginnings servicing Sydney restaurants and small retail stores to working with mainstream supermarkets over the years to becoming one of Australia’s leading privately- owned International Foods company that imports, markets, and distributes global and local brands to retailers, grocers and foodservice.
With independently owned distribution centers in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide and have strategic alliances in Perth. Read less
