NarrowLifting started in the Netherlands under the name Hijsen in het Nauw B.V., with a mission to bring more flexibility to lifting operations. One of the founders, Appie, had worked as a freelance mechanic and often faced difficulties whe
n renting mini cranes. Teaming up with Leendert, the co-founder of Hijsen in het Nauw, they decided to create a better solution. In 2014, they officially launched Hijsen in het Nauw and purchased their first mini crane, the Hoeflon C10, along with a Dolly for transport.

Narrowlifting began as a small operation with only two cranes has now grown to six cranes. Every day we work together to ensure the success of every lifting project. From a company with one location, we have grown into a worldwide company with company’s in Australia, Germany and the Netherlands. Our fleet has grown to more than 50 spider cranes, 15 trucks and 50 other specialized machines such as mini vacuums for panels and glass lifters. We are proud of our journey and the reputation we have built as a reliable partner for even the most challenging lifting tasks!
