Randalls Equipment Company are manufacturers and distributors of forestry and construction equipment & attachments since 1968. Our company manufactures a large range of Rotating Log Grapples and distributes world-class machines and attachments.

Randalls Equipment Company is a family owned and operated business that specializes in the manufacture and distribution of world class equipment for the forestry, silviculture and construction industries. Ken Randalls founded the company and our journey in the forestry industry began when Ken designed and manufactured Australia’s first and only Forwarder named the Forager in 1967. From these humble beginnings, the company has developed into a leading provider of equipment and solutions for the forestry, silviculture and construction industries.

Since 1992 Randalls Equipment Company has designed and manufactured an extensive range of Rotating Log Grapples with 7 models from .36m2 to 2.0m2, which are sold across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. In addition to their manufacturing capability, the company has evolved over the last five decades and today represents several world class brands as a dealer, specializing in equipment for the forestry, silviculture and construction markets.

In 1982 Randalls became an Indexator dealer and maintain this today with the use of Indexator rotators in their line of rotating grapples. In 2012, SP Maskiner harvesting heads and CLARK Tracks were added to the product offering and from 2014, Randalls became a dealer for SANY Excavators and Ponsse Harvesting and Forwarding equipment. In 2023, the company became a dealer for Falcon Forestry Equipment and Risutec mechanized planting heads; and in 2024, Randalls added Auger Torque earth drives, DOZCO hammers, OMEF forestry and silviculture equipment and mini-excavator rental to their product portfolio. These additional brands have helped to propel the business forward and have led to the opening of additional company owned branches in South Australia and Tasmania along with the appointment of Service Agents in Queensland, New South Wales, and New Zealand.

After 54 years, Randalls Equipment Company was acquired by the Waldron family in September 2022, and the business continues its proud heritage as a family owned and operated business that strives for excellence in all that we do and support.
