Hastings Deering’s Ultimate VIP Experience with Harri Jones at the Gold Coast 500

The ultimate VIP experience with Harri Jones at the Gold Coast 500 was a huge success for Hastings Deering. The Cat® machinery and equipment solutions experts who sponsor the young supercar driver recently concluded a competition to win a weekend at the GC500, including a meet and greet in the pits with Harri Jones.

The promotion required customers to purchase $100 of genuine Cat oil and grease to go in the draw to win either the VIP experience at the GC500, or hot laps with Harri Jones at Queensland Raceway. 

The lucky group of winners from Ezyquip Hire, and some high achieving Hastings Deering team members, received a VIP garage tour of the Porsche Racing Pit.

When asked about their reaction to winning and how their experience was, regular Hastings Deering customer Nick Darcy from Ezyquip Hire said: “It was a bit of a surprise to win the competition, but we were stoked to get to experience such an engaging day in the pits with Harri and the Hastings Deering team.”

 “The Gold Coast was a fantastic weekend. It’s a tough and gruelling circuit and we were lucky to get through mostly unscathed to claim our second Porsche Carrera Cup Championship. Sharing this experience with the winners of our competition was icing on the cake as I always enjoy showing people behind the scenes of the job that I am so passionate about!” says Harri.
