Introducing Osako and Yoshino Bookbinding Equipment

Graph-Pak’s commitment to delivering the best has led to their partnership with two Japanese giants in the bookbinding equipment industry – Osako and Yoshino.

Osako, established in 1916, is renowned as one of the world’s foremost manufacturers of saddle stitching machinery, 3 knife trimmers, compensating stackers, section gatherers, and more. As the local agent for Osako, Graph-Pak offers their high-end saddle stitching machines, such as the Tener and Tener Alpha, as well as cost-effective certified factory refurbished options.

In November 2022, Graph-Pak was appointed as the local agent of Yoshino, Asia’s largest perfect binding manufacturer. This partnership brings the remarkable Yoshino Sirius PUR Perfect Binder to the Australian market for the first time. Yoshino’s offerings also include 3-way trimmers and gathering machines, showcasing the rich legacy of innovation and craftsmanship that defines this Japanese manufacturer.

Col-Tec Collators – Robust and Reliable

Graph-Pak also collaborates with Col-Tec, known for manufacturing highly versatile suction feed collators, booklet makers, and associated optional equipment. Col-Tec collators are celebrated for their robustness and reliability, capable of handling stock material and sheet sizes well outside the capability of other collators. This partnership further exemplifies Graph-Pak’s commitment to offering the best to its customers.

Graph-Pak’s Consumables

Graph-Pak’s consumables are designed to cater to various needs. Their range includes paper and plastic banding tapes, insertion tapes for tabbing, hot and cold glues, rubber rollers for laminators and UV coaters, as well as rubber rejuvenators and cleaners that enhance the durability of rubber components. They also offer double-sided tapes in large economical reels, silicone tapes, and tear tapes – essential components valuable for E-commerce operations.

A Larger Canvas – The New Erskine Park Premises

In a recent move, Graph-Pak has relocated to larger premises in Erskine Park, offering 2,000 square metres of pallet racking space. This expansion, according to Managing Director Tom Ralph, is a strategic step that will enable the company to grow further. He mentions, “It’s a brand-new facility in a growing, moving part of New South Wales – Erskine Park is a booming suburb with well-developed services for couriers and Interstate transport which suits us to the ground.”

Graph-Pak’s journey demonstrates commitment, innovation, and excellence. As they continue to adapt and innovate, they remain at the forefront of the industry, enriching the printing, packaging, and converting sectors of Australia and New Zealand. Their unwavering dedication to quality and customer satisfaction positions them as an invaluable asset to businesses in these industries.
