Hyundai 25L-7 Counterbalance Forklift: The Introduction

Forklift trucks are undeniably the lifeblood of many warehousing and manufacturing companies here in Australia. Not only do these small industrial vehicles help us move large materials to another area, they also assist us in stacking small items on higher shelves. Simply put, they can do the heavy lifting tasks for us. Given this fact, it is then essential that we invest in the right forklift for our operations.

On the market today, there is a huge range of these trucks that are available for purchase. So basically, you won’t have a hard time looking for the best models. But how can you really know which of them is perfect for you? Well, there are several essential factors to consider. Few of them is the maximum lift capacity and the overall operator’s station design. For today’s review, I will be featuring a particular forklift that I think possesses an outstanding load capacity and an ergonomically engineered cabin. The model is the Hyundai 25L-7. Read on and let’s see if it’s something that can meet the demands of your production.

Hyundai 25L-7 Counterbalance Forklift: Key Features

Power

As far as power is concerned, the Hyundai 25L-7 counterbalance forklift will never disappoint you. In fact, if I am to compare it to other industrial trucks that I’ve reviewed before, this one has that excellent power and performance that can make your warehousing business more profitable. Specifically, behind its wheels is a HMC beta engine that is well known in the industry for its incomparable durability and quality. It can punch out up to 37 kW, which means that it can withstand day-long lifting operations.

Performance

When we tested this forklift a couple days ago, the first thing that caught my interest was its 3-stage container mast. What’s best with this mast is that you can quickly raise or lower it, and tilt it backward or forward. Given this capability, you can then load and unload materials easily and without any hassle.

Another factor that I truly liked is its fast travel speed and gradability. Integrating the HMC beta engine that I’ve mentioned earlier, this LPG-fueled forklift can deliver great acceleration and can run smoothly even on slopes or tough terrains.

Lift capacity

No questions asked the 25L-7 is a true “worker bee”. With its 5,316 hours running time and state-of-the-art hydraulic system, this counterbalance forklift can carry and lift loads of up to 2,500 kilograms. An impressive number such as this means that you can move your warehousing items like laden containers, bulks of papers, and metal tubes in no time.

Operator’s cabin

As I’ve said above, this Hyundai masterpiece is a model that boasts its ergonomically-designed cabin. Particularly, it has a huge driving space that can not only relieve the operator’s fatigue but can also increase his efficiency. Add to that the user-friendly gauges, adjustable suspension seat, and superb visibility, and what you have is a comfortable and easy-to-maneuver forklift truck.

Hyundai 25L-7 Counterbalance Forklift: The Verdict

With all these features, I can then say that this Hyundai 25L-7 is a practical addition to your operations. Honestly, I can’t find any disadvantages in it. I love everything about the model, most especially its 3-stage mast and its superb lifting capacity. I also admire its overall finish. It’s driving space design is truly ergonomic and was built with the operator in mind. Summing it all up, this counterbalance forklift truck can meet the demands of your business. I find it suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. But don’t take my word for it, research some more till you find out if it’s the right one for you.
