TOUGH WORLD, TOUGH EQUIPMENT
Presented by Equipment Services & Machinery
Equipment Services & Machinery partner with Liugong.
Equipment Services and Machinery located outside Brisbane city in Rocklea QLD came from very humble beginnings. Initially servicing equipment, they now supply, service and repair a whole array of equipment and machinery for the construction industry.
ESM are a very successful authorised dealer for Wacker Neuson, Dingo Mini loaders and MultiOne to name a few. In the last months, ESM made the decision to collaborate with and become the QLD distributor for Liugong.
With years of experience and knowledge dealing with machinery, the team at ESM are very happy with the partnership and can already see the Liugong footprint growing and interest starting to develop within the construction industry, as NSW and SA have already jumped on the bandwagon with over 400 units sold by June 22.

But who is Liugong you say? Since 1958 Liugong has grown and now has 300 dealers across 100 countries all over the world. Liugong built the first wheel loader in China in 1966 and has expanded to 19 different product lines which include excavators, rollers, dozers, skid steer loaders and graders. With over 60 years of experience in manufacturing the wheel loader, we can strongly agree they got it right. Liugong is now famously known for having the #1 Wheel loader Sales Globally.
Liugong Europe
Liugong embarked on the European market in the early 2000s and made such a huge impact that they opened a headquarters in the heart of Europe in Warsaw and a new assembly line in Stalowa, Poland where they manufacture their excavators and wheel loaders. They also embarked on the UK market and in 2019 established Liugong Machinery (UK), Liugong’s first international retail operations with the acquisition of a Construction Plant & Machinery dealership. They serve as the exclusive distributor for England, Scotland and Wales and have 5 branches located in Portsmouth, Kent, Cambridge, London and Manchester.
Liugong Australia
After servicing the Asia Pacific market Liugong has opened a head office in Sydney, providing consumers confidence in the brand and great customer support moving forward.
Liugong equipment has been trailed and tested in the harshest of environments, from the blazing heat of the Sahara to the unrelenting cold of the Antarctic, Australia’s terrain is no match for the Liugong.

Port Neill Quarry Welcome Liugong
South Australian Quarry operator Peter Gaskell bought the Liugong 856H Wheel Loader. He compared the cost and performance with the Volvo 120.
“The Volvo probably pushes a bit more, but it is a 21.5t machine compared with the 19.7t Liugong, which is also a bit more aggressive with the transmission as you drop down,’’ Peter said.
However, compared with the cost of buying a new Volvo, he said the Liugong was a lot more attractive and worthwhile to trial, and he would be more than happy to go again.
“We need one more loader and we are also looking at Liugong for the excavators,’’ Peter said. “Alongside the Volvo, it is all there with the Liugong.’’
No Long wait times
Allan Burge from ESM is waiting for the construction market to implode, with the shortage of stock and long wait times Liugong will fill this gap in the market.
“Key at the moment is supply, our stock is either on hand and available, or about 100 days from the time of order.” Allan says “Plus the value for money is approx. 20-30% less than the major brands but still excels with reliability and uptime. Time is money.”
Allan and ESM have an offer on selected Liugong models. $5000 off the original price, prices include schedule service filters up to 1000 hrs and they also offer finance for eligible customers, who must order before 31st Dec 22.
We will definitely be seeing a lot more of Liugong on construction sites from here on in.
