Used 2005 SCM Pratix 48 NST Nesting CNC Machine

- 4? x 8? Stationary aluminium table, machined with a “MATRIX” grid pattern for fixture parts.
Working field: “X” Axis is 106? (2,690 mm), “Y” axis 51? (1,295 mm), “Z” axis stroke is 13.3? (340 mm); max. material clearance is 4.9? (124 mm).

Closed loop AC Servo drive system driving precision ground ball screws; All axes ride on extra large precision profile linear guide ways.

Work Table: Grid pattern allows use of vacuum pods or closed cell rope gasketing material and use of spoil boards for “nested based machining”; pop-up pins on the table perimeter for part location.

Machining: (1) 10 HP (7.5 kW) “Power 2000” Electro spindle with HSK F63 tool adaptor; variable spindle speeds from 1,500 – 18,000 RPM.
