3-Roll Angle Roll Section Roller

Used Faccin RCMI 100 series angle rolling machine for both profile and pipe which guarantees precise and reliable bending while delivering high performances. Solidly built from heavy-duty steel, the robust design ensures durability. The RCMI is the solution for bending all kind of industrial standard profiles such as angle, tee, and flat bar in both the hard and easy way, in addition to high modulus profiles such as channel, I and H beams.

Key features:
- Controls are located on a mobile control console allowing the operator to follow the bending phase.
- pre-bending slightly bends the end of the metal section before the main bending operation to ensure the workpiece has a uniform curve.
- all three rolls are driven by independent hydraulic motors coupled with planetary gearboxes delivering high accuracy bending.
- guide rolls enable bending of a variety of profiles without altering its section
