40.30PL-SW CNC Sheet Butt Welding Machine

The INGENIA Model 40.30PL-SW is a premium Butt Welding Machine equipped with CNC Table-Force Control and is a highly efficient machine for the welding of thermoplastic material for solid, hollow, or corrugated and CPL sheets. MADE IN GERMANY, this machine has a Working Length of 4050mm and will weld up to 30mm thick sheet material in a welding cycle according to the DVS Standard. All of these parameters are stored in the database of the Siemens S7 PLC Controller.

It is possible to integrate the Model 40.30PL-SW with the Model K-ZV Sheet Rolling Unit (see video on the INGENIA page at .) to be able to efficiently produce tanks and other cylindrical items in a 6-30mm sheet thicknesses up to a 1000-5000mm diameter when used in conjunction with an overhead crane. In the absence of this, you can use the smaller Model RZ-V 1.0 Sheet Rolling Unit for producing tanks out of 5-25mm sheet thicknesses for diameters between 500-3000mm diameter.
