Description

We have an old shredding line that includes the following:
1. Chain belt infeed conveyor
2. SA Engineering SA-2000 Dual shaft shredder (165kw - 1 x 75kw low speed + 1 x 90kw mid speed)
3. Reversible outfeed conveyor
4. Flat belt conveyor into hopper
5. Hopper
6. Vibrating feeder out of hopper
7. Lifting conveyor to hammermill infeed
8. Hammermill vibrating feeder
9. Soyu Hammermill (200kw)
10. Hammermill vibrating outfeed
11. Large belt conveyor

In total was over $900k brand new. All equipment was purchased in 2022-23 except the SA Engineering shredder which is from 2020 (I think). In 2022 we completely refurbished the pre-shredder (new tooling, complete overhaul of the gearboxes, brand new motors, added oil coolers for the gearboxes, etc).

We have about $40k of spare parts that would come with the equipment.

PLEASE NOTE: There is work to be done getting this equipment operating. We dismantled in quite a hurry and it has been sitting outside for since Feb 2024 as I had planned to use it on another site but I've since cancelled that idea.
