600L/h ultrapure water plant RO-ED1 Purifier

OSMOFLO 600L-H RO-ED1 Water Purifier Produces water to USP-27 standard
600L/h of ultra pure sterile to injection / dialysis standards water

This plant was built in 2005 for the now shut down GroPep / Novozymes pharmaceutical manufacturing Facility in Adelaide, Its a 3 stage system: front end chemical softening and carbon filtration. followed by a high performance RO system followed by and electro-deionisation stage there are also 2 stages of UV sterilization. I have full documentation for this system and many more photographs I can send you.
Also included but not pictured is another cabinet that included the control logix PLC that manages the skid. the box on the skid deals with instrumentation, pump drive, and the electrodionisation but its not the main PLC for the system. The secondary box not pictured also includes a data loguing system that in independent of the PLC

This is a scaled up version of the water for dialysis systems that osmoflo build, I have been in contact with the engineers who built is and can provide contacts for you if you would like their assistance commissioning it in austrlaia. Note I am missing the spiral wound vessels for the front end softning but I have the skid they go on and have a quote from the manufacturer for replacement. The skid pipe work, electronic filter/softener heads, and actuated valves are included in this sale and I can send you photos.
