It operates by means of a built-in electronic cooling element, and no ice water is needed.
Generates the temper curve as well as the tangents in the first and the second point of inflexion and calculates the CTU (Chocolate Tempering Unit) and the slope. Further the "temper index" is computed and displayed.
Shows the tempering result with graphic temper curve and tangents as well as reference curves. The reference curves have been stored for comparison and are displayed on the built-in colour touch screen, on which you can also register your personal data and store them for later comparison.
Results can be printed out on an Integrated printer, if required.
Data is transferred via an Ethernet or USB 3.0 connection – in csv format to user laptop for insertion in Excel
