ALKO "PureAir" Dust extraction systems. MADE IN GERMANY
POWER UNIT 160 P
The AL-KO POWER UNIT 160 P is a tested clean air dust extractor with a self-supporting design made of coloured powder-coated sheet steel. The dust extractor is built in accordance with the harmonised standard DIN EN 16770 and is certified with the BG-GS test mark in accordance with GS-HM-03, residual dust content 0.1 mg/m³ safely complied with. Dedusters of this size can therefore be installed in the work area without additional fire and explosion protection measures.
By returning the cleaned return air to the work area, not only are excellent production conditions created with clean air
at the workplace, but energy is also saved and compliance with workplace limit values is effectively supported.
The POWER UNIT 160 P is suitable both for individual extraction and as a supplement to a stationary system.
The dust extractor is suitable as a decentralized extraction system for universal use with a wide variety of materials such as wood and wood composites, plastics, paper, metal, stones, and many more.
The small dimensions make it possible to set up the dust extractor even in confined workshop.
Design
The integrated pre-separator protects the filters from direct impact and achieves a high degree of pre separation through the airflow stress of the intake air. The resulting greatly reduced filter load considerably increases the service life and durability of the filters. The fan on the clean air side is located in an aerodynamically optimized housing. The sophisticated design of the aluminum impeller with backward-curved blades achieves maximum efficiency. With the convenient CEE plug with phase inverter, the direction of rotation can be changed with a flick of the wrist if necessary. The motor is located in the air flow of the return air, is thus cooled and is covered with a sound-insulated bonnet.
