Main functions of the “Laser Integration System”
(1) Support for setup and stable processing
Periodically diagnose and monitor the condition of the nozzle and protective glass. If
a problem is detected, the nozzle is replaced, focused, and centred automatically.
By automating these pre-start inspections, it reduces the time required for inspections
by 80%.
(2) Reduce downtime due to processing defects
The machine detects and analyzes the state of the beam generated during processing.
If a failure is detected, the processing defect is prevented by suspending the process.
The state of the machine is checked automatically and the process is resumed after
restoration.
(3) Damage avoidance and automatic recovery from processing head interference
If the processing head detects interference during processing, it automatically
performs an avoidance action and recovers from the interference. The clearance
stroke of the processing head is doubled to reduce the risk of damage.
