How it Works:
The compressed air is cooled to 2°C, causing moisture to condense into liquid.
The condensed water and cold air flow into the moisture separator, where liquids are collected and removed by the condensate drain, ensuring maximum moisture removal.
After the liquids are removed, the cold, dry compressed air passes through the cold side of the first-stage heat exchanger, where it is reheated by the warm incoming air. This prevents pipe sweating by elevating the discharge air temperature.
The treated, dry compressed air is now ready for use downstream
