The Gear Sieve Bucket end plates and all ground engaging edges are manufactured from Bisalloy 400 high-strength wear-resistant material,

The pins and bosses are machined to .15mm fitting tolerances,

Hardox 400 cutting edges,

The pins are retained in the bosses by a roll pin and circlip assembly on all GEAR attachments that have removable pins.

The head plate gusset includes a corner key lock design to reduce structural fatigue in high-stress areas.

Extreme rill lip retains sorted material on the side of the bucket, reducing spill off the front edge and reducing rehandling clean up.

Ribs are designed with a multi-riffled edge increasing material processing and reducing sieve time and fuel consumption.
