The ROT8 WP-650-PP wrapping robot is the epitome of pallet wrapping versatility. Our battery operated unit with on board charging allows for flexibility with wrapping locations throughout your facility, even in the carpark (weather permitting)! Whilst the robots will wrap a standard pallet, they really shine on oversize products such as doors, windows, cabinetry etc.

Our WP-650-PP is equipped with a very user friendly touch screen HMI, with the ability to save up to 3 different, password protected wrap patterns. A key feature of our robot vs many of our competitors is the ability to adjust the baseline tension at various points of the pallet to optimise film usage, load containment and ultimately your cost per pallet!

We only offer our robot with a power prestretch carriage, which stretches the film by 200% before applying and tension to the load. Many of our competitors offer only mechanical brake options which will typically use anywhere from 50-70% more stretch film, costing many thousands of dollars per annum more to operate.

Our units will operate with any good quality cast stretch films available in the market.
