The MEP Shark 382-1SXI is the perfect saw for any medium to large fabricator to cut up to 380 x 250mm RHS or 300mm Round. Made in Italy, it has fantastic capacity and guarantees straight cuts and long blade life.

UNIQUE FEATURES

• Mitring is quick and easy to 45 to 60 degrees. No tools are required.

• The cast iron construction provides an incredibly stable structure that ensures precise square cuts and long blade life.

• Direct drive gearbox drive ensures maximum power and efficiency is delivered to the cut.

• The top and bottom of the stroke are programmed from the console. No adjustment of microswitches.

• You can use the machine four ways. Either Manually or Dynamic where it electronically remembers your start of cut position and clamps cuts and returns to the same place or Semi-Automatic where you program the top and bottom and just press start or finally stop and hold where it doesn’t unclamp after cut is complete in case material is awkward and you don’t want it released. Whatever works for you!

• The feed rate is regulated hydraulically by the precision potentiometer.

• Vice with a fast-clamping device so you can lock in repetitive jobs fast.

• Hydraulic gauge to visualize band tension, including a safety stop if the blade breaks.

• Low voltage electric pump for lubrication and cooling.

• Wire chip brush to keep the blade clean and maximise blade life.

• Jobbing work is easy with the Laser Line and Worklight included.

• Keep your workshop clean and increase blade life with the Mist lubrication system included.
