The Next Gen upper tool clamping system offers a quick release system which has a lever that swivels in order to release the upper clamp (this is what machines generally are supplied with and requires the tools to be removed from the side of the machine needing additional space requirements and is time consuming) however what makes our clamping system a cut above the rest is the ability to then push down on a safety button located on the top of the swivel lever which then opens the clamping system further allowing the tool to be removed at the point where the tool is located ….. the benefit is a massive reduction in time taken to change over tooling for different jobs and a reduction in floor space needed saving valuable factory space.
