6165 – 6215 Warrior TTV: Top German Technology!
Success is achieved by enterprises able to tackle every task throughout the season using the least resources and working efficiently with the time available. Equally, every penny counts when it comes to reducing production costs. DEUTZ-FAHR has developed the new 6 Series Warrior for such businesses. The new 6TTV Agrotron delivers horsepower ranging from 171 to 226 hp and stands out through its trademark German characteristics: superior quality high precision and reliability combined with cutting-edge technology in terms of both cost-effectiveness and comfort. The 6 Series TTV Agrotron represents the culmination of innovative and intelligent tractor technology manufactured at Deutz-Fahr’s facility in Lauingen, Germany, offering the exceptional comfort of the MaxiVision 2 cab intuitive controls, a newly designed armrest, state-of-the-art precision farming systems, highly efficient engine and transmission technology, innovative axles and brakes which ensure optimal driving comfort and maximum safety. Furthermore, the hydraulic systems and lift capacity both front and rear complement the overall 6 Series specification making this tractor the ideal partner for boosting the productivity of professional contractors and agricultural businesses – both in the field and on the road.

Features
Flexible Hydraulics: To guarantee the maximum versatility of the hydraulics, the 6 series TTV Warrior models are suited to meet a wide possible range of customer demands. For example, large, closed centre hydraulics pumps with up to 160 L/min available on the 6215 TTV model. All auxiliary remote valves are electro hydraulic controlled with four sets (eight outlets) as standard. Timer and flow control to each valve are done inside the cabin, making the use of hydraulic control implements simple. Externally, on the rear fender, the operator has the ability to control one remote. Power Beyond and load sense lines are also standard.
TTV 50km/h Transmission: The 6 series TTV Warrior uses a ZF variable transmission; Deutz-Fahr call this TTV. The smaller series uses an Eccom multi-plate style while bigger models use the SMATIC version. Both transmissions employ the same philosophy of using more mechanical power than hydrostatic. This key feature allows the tractor to become more efficient, as the transmission draws on less engine power in order to operate. Transmission speeds are infinite, with a maximum road speed of 50 km/h at a reduced engine rpm. The TTV transmission is equipped with three drive modes and two cruise control speed settings.
InfoCentre Pro Dash: Information and data analysis are key to any successful business enterprise. The Deutz-Fahr 6 Series Warrior is fitted with the InfoCentrePro dash. It provides the operator with the normal dash readouts, such as engine rpm, tractor speed, and fuel gauge; however, within the setting controlled by the MMI dial on the armrest, the operator can view considerably more detailed information, such as fuel consumption, engine load, hitch position, and more. A hectare/area meter is standard as well, with up to ten paddocks stored at any given time.
GPS Steering Solutions: As an option, the 6 Series TTV Warrior tractor can be fitted with the EasySteer hydraulic valve. Not only does this provide options to plug in a GPS system, it also gives the operator a feature whereby the steering revolutions from lock-to-lock can be reduced when the system is activated. Deutz-Fahr offers in house GPS steering solutions with Trimble powered and TopCon products available. Both systems combine the latest guidance features. Fold Out Radiators: Engine development is focused on optimizing the cooling performance, as well as service and maintenance access. DEUTZ-FAHR is again following the strategy to have the best service access to the cooling package, which makes daily service much easier and comfortable. The radiators used in the 6 Series TTV Warrior are aluminum, allowing for exceptional thermal dissipation.
E-Visco Fan: The eVisco is a cooling fan whereby the rotation speed is electronically controlled by a dedicated control unit. The main difference between the traditional viscostatic fan is that with an eVisco fan, it is possible to reach any possible fan speed (between low idle and maximum fan speed), while the traditional one has only a few steps of fan speed that are mechanically calibrated. The rotation speed of the eVisco fan is calculated in relation to multiple parameters recorded by the ECU, resulting in improved fuel efficiency and better horsepower output.
4 Speed PTO: All 6 Series TTV Warrior models offer complete flexibility, with a choice of four PTO speeds as standard: 540/540ECO/1000/1000ECO. The eco speeds lower the tractor’s engine RPM, thereby reducing the fuel consumption of up to 18 per cent. The PTO system is mounted at the rear of the transmission and is fully independent. Its shaft is monitoring PTO load, with engagement of the PTO clutch being proportional; this offers driveline protection for both the tractor and the implement.
Deutz Common Rail: The Deutz Common Rail (DCR) fuel injection system, with two pumps lubricated by engine oil and newly designed combustion chambers, guarantees constant high performance even during the most arduous tasks, while the injection pressure of 1600 bar ensures a rapid response and generous torque even at low revs. This system is fitted to the 6.1-liter Stage 5 ready Deutz engine using all the latest technologies. For the Australian market AdBlue and DPF have been removed.
Power Zero Hill Control: All TTV tractors have a stationary hill control function called POWER ZERO. This feature works in AUTO and PTO mode when the driving pedal is not depressed and the manual throttle is in neutral. The same applies to the manual mode if the multi-function lever is pulled backward and held. Secure stop while the engine is running without engagement of the foot brake or park brake, in an uphill or downhill position, with or without load—a feature that greatly improves safety.
