The AKBEND / AKYAPAK AHKY 30/10 3-Roll Plate Roll machine is designed for accurately bending thick metal sheets, cones, and various other shapes. The machine is highly responsive and effective in adapting to changes or variations in plate thicknesses and lengths. The AKBEND AHKY is engineered to enhance productivity by minimizing the number of rolling operations required, thus saving time and reducing material waste.

- Induction-hardened rolls hydraulically driven by three separate motors and a gearbox
- Hydraulically driven up and down movement of side rolls
- Drop end (cover) control system for opening and closing from the control panel
- Machine frame constructed using welded steel
- Independent, movable control panel
- Two bending speeds
- Rolls mounted on spherical roller bearings
- Cone bending device
- Digital display for both side rollers
- Side and central supports for larger sheet metal diameters
