ENSIS-3015RI (Used 2nd Hand Machine)
Flat, tube, channel, and angle profile processing, all with a single machine.
The fibre laser tube cutting machine ENSIS-RI can process round, square, and rectangular tubes as well as channel and angle profiles.
AMADA has combined two unique technologies to give you the ultimate flexibility when it comes to sheet metal processing. ENSIS technology for laser beam control and the proven Rotary Index system for tube cutting are combined in a machine that can deliver on an extensive range of production requirements. All with a single machine, at lower costs and maximising your productivity.
ENSIS technology ideal for variable-variety variable-volume production
Energy-saving machine with Amada's original beam control!
While taking advantage of the energy-saving performance of fiber lasers, AMADA's unique ENSIS technology enables stepless beam control for a full range of stable processing from thin plates to thick plates and pipe-shaped steel.
Further evolution of the rotary index!
Achieves high-speed, high-quality machining with support chuck synchronisation and 4-axis control.
The function of the conventional rotary index is enhanced, and the main chuck and support chuck are synchronised to rotate and cut. This eliminates stop time and deceleration to deal with pipe vibration, enabling high-speed machining. In addition, the support chuck is mechanically tightened to correct the twist of the pipe itself and prevent slippage on round pipes, achieving high-precision machining and high-quality machining with reduced scratches. The control during pipe processing has also been upgraded to simultaneously control 4 axes including the Z axis in addition to the conventional X, Y, and A axes, realising high-speed stable corner processing of square pipes.
Further high-precision processing of pipes and shaped steel!
Equipped with a touch probe mechanism to compensate for variations in base material accuracy.
It is possible to measure the end face of the material with a touch probe, correct deformed pipes and shaped steel with many variations, and process with the centre reference.
