Immaculate condition Vipros 2510 King Turret with brush table and air blow system.
Very well looked after and has been a very reliable machine, serviced regularly by Amada technicians and full service history available from them upon request, It has the Fanuc 18-P controller which is their best controller on the Vipros range, we use the serial port input to upload programs into the machine so you can run any nesting software to create programs and send direct to the machine as a G-code. will supply Codeshark transfer software but nesting software not included.
This is one of the few vipros models with brush table and air blow system, it has the king turret layout which has x2off D-stations and x3off auto-indexing stations (x2off B-st and x1off C-st)
It comes with a new SML chiller unit pictured.
*Tool grinder, toolbox, PC and tooling not included but some surplus tooling may be included.
You can see from the video it is a very fast machine with great punch accuracy, the brush table allows you to cut aluminium and stainless without scratches. we run the machine a bit slower to preserve the motors, we always cleaned the cabinet filters, followed the maintainance schedule for greasing and regularly wipe the machine down after tool changes. we never cut any material thicker than 2mm as we have a laser cutter for thicker material.
