Flamingo Automatic 4 wheel Capper has Digital torque adjustment ability. The capper suitable for trigger caps, duck bill caps, pumps and screw on caps in pharmacy, food & beverage, pesticide, cosmetic, chemical and other industries. The automatic capping machine can work individually or integrated in production lines with liquid filling machines, powder filling machines using manual or automatic cap placers.

The reliability, ease of operation and change-over procedure and flexibility of installation are the most important advantages of the capping machine. Only a few parts need to be changed when the capping machine is required for different size caps. Moreover, the capper has 60 pre-saved programs to recall for different size of bottles and cap change-overs.

Digital Torque adjustment

The servo controller for the capping process precisely monitors the application torque. This ensures that caps are applied at a constant force and gives results of perfectly fitted caps. Moreover, the capper has Digital Speed adjusted twin grip belts to feed bottles and hold bottles for continuous process of capping which eliminates lost production.
