This moulding line contains two pieces of equipment.

KeyChoc Moulding Line designed to automate the process of filling and vibrating tempered chocolate into polycarbonate moulds. The line has integrated digital timing and dosing controls, and when combined with an INFINITY LX, MX or AX, it can deposit up to 100g per second with a maximum throughput rate of 600 moulds per hour.

To complement the moulding line 17 Rocks engaged GAP Engineering to create a stacking trolley that feeds from the automatic moulding line. The stacking machine is designed to operate with only one operator and can accept 300 moulds. It is designed to blows air on the chocolate to cool it down. Made in 2022, see video
