Elevate your operations with our Heavy Duty Mining Bucket, also referred to as Rock Bucket, Digging Bucket, Heavy Duty Bucket or Quarry Bucket.
What distinguishes our Mining Bucket is its comprehensive wear protection, high penetration teeth, fully-integrated head bracket and dual radius design that ensures high strength capabilities and maximum attachment longevity in the harvest of environments.
Steel selection from 400 grade steel all the way through to our high-grade HARDOX & Bisalloy options. All buckets come equipped with all teeth and wear parts pre-installed along with two pins for direct mounting and use with quick hitches. Available for all machines 50T and above.
All Mining Buckets are accompanied with our standard 5-year warranty and FREE Servicing Kit (avg. RRP $4,695) that includes a spare set of teeth and side cutters (pins, retainers, nuts and bolts included) so all customers can maximise their attachment lifespan at no extra expense.
Features:
High Penetration Rock Teeth: Allows easy penetration & even wear over time. This helps to maintain optimal performance in tough conditions, for more consistent on-site productivity.
Reinforced Wear Protection: Protection in high-contact areas, including reinforced side plate and side cutter with added side wall chocks, floor strips and gussets. Prevent deformation from torsional stress and secure the bucket from consistent wear and unnecessary maintenance.
Fully Integrated Head Bracket: Head bracket integrated into torsional bar with reinforced gussets to enhance overall strength, structural integrity and long-term performance.
Dual Radius Design: Reducing drag and maximising breakout to increase digging efficiency and maximising bucket lifespan.
Superior Bulk Dynamics & Improved Geometry: Increased loading capacity and reduced drag for optimised production efficiency to save time and reduce job timelines.
Compression Relief Exits: Allow air to escape to prevent compressive locking to prevent debris & material bursting out when performing a pass.
Five Axis Robot Welding: Higher-quality welds followed by ultrasonic testing to ensure no microscopic discontinuities and a finished product built to always perform in high wear and strain applications.
Customisability: Customised G.E.T., width, cubic capacity and primary/secondary material application. All customers can also modify the unit to suit the abrasion index onsite. Other factors such as cycle requirements, loadout tonne per hour and dumper body dimensions can also be taken into consideration.
