The MBI Primary Crusher (also known as Primary Demolition Jaws, Primary Demo Jaws or Primary Jaws) specialises in robust and efficient crushing of concrete structures, which is ideal for construction mining and quarry operations. The Primary Crusher is designed for maximum longevity and performance with features such as dual cylinder design, twin-pin system, speed valve, 4 cutting teeth and specific tooth profile.
The crusher is constructed with durable, wear-resistant materials to ensure the product can withstand the toughest of demolition tasks. Made with HARDOX 400 and HARDOX 450 steel produced by Swedish Steelworks. As well as this, the advanced hydraulics system helps maintain power and efficiency, while protecting the attachment from damage.
Key Features:
4-Sided Usable Cutting Teeth: Cutting teeth are designed to be rotated and used on all sides, effectively quadrupling the lifespan of the cutting edges. This increases longevity, has better cost efficiency and allows for continuous performance, reducing downtime.
Dual Cylinders: The crusher is equipped with two large cylinders that provide immense crushing power. These cylinders work together to create maximum crushing force, allowing the attachment to break down both large and hard materials. This increases operational efficiency, reliability and provides massive crushing power.
Twin-Pin System: The cutting edges in the crusher are supported by two independent pins, as opposed to other designs which feature a single pin. This unique design minimises wear and tear by distributing the load more evenly. This enhances the life of the attachment and provides consistent performance.
Speed Valve: The speed valve regulates hydraulic flow, allowing for the jaws to open at an optimal speed during operation. With increased opening and closing of the jaw comes better efficiency of time, as well as energy efficiency with the optimised hydraulic power. Overall this results in smoother operation and more controlled crushing processes.
Specific Tooth Profile: The teeth are designed with a specific profile that maximises their crushing efficiency. This design means that as teeth wear down, they maintain their form and sharpness, allowing for optimal efficiency long after other attachments would have failed. The teeth are self sharpening, providing consistent penetration and effectiveness, which reduces maintenance times and costs.
