Blue Vent AO Series Reverse Pulse Dust Extraction System

The A0 filter series is a bag filter designed for
filtration of dust laden air, with dry dust. The
filter is available with six different filter bag
lengths. The filter bags are cleaned by pulse-jet
compressed air cleaning system.

FUNCTION
The dust laden air enters an inlet module, which
ensures pre-separation of larger and coarser
particles from the air stream entering the filter.
The fine particles will enter the filter section
and partly stick to the filter bags. The fine
particles on the filter bags will be cleaned down
into the filter hopper by the cleaning system.
The material (dust) from the filter is discharged
from the hopper by a screw conveyor through
rotary valve into bins or a transport system.

CONSTRUCTION
The filter consists of three sections. The top
section is the clean air section and the section
for the cleaning system. The center section
is the filter section where the filter bags are
mounted on wire cages.
The lower section is the hopper section with
a screw conveyor for material discharge and
outlet through rotary valve. The filter is a panel
construction in 2 - 3 mm steel plate galvanized
Z 275 or fully powder coated in RAL 5010.

CLEANING SYSTEM
Pulse-jet cleaning system. Pressure regulator
and water separator included.

ACCESS
Bag housing is equipped with door for access
to clean air section. Filter version with screw
conveyor is delivered with door access to hopper
section as wellplaint ladder and platforms.

SAFETY DEVICES
ATEX certified explosion membranes are
available type EDP, max. vacuum pressure 5,000
Pa. There is also an option for dry sprinkler in
the top section (clean air section). The sprinkler
installation in galvanized steel pipe with stainless
open sprinkler heads.

Filter area: 101 – 209 m2
Operating temperature: ÷30 to +65°C

Connection: 8 Nm3/h at min. 6 bar.
External connection 1/2”
Consumption: 1-2 m3/h at 6 bar.
