The cyclones type BC is intended for separation of fine grain dry particles in pneumatic transport and dust extraction systems. The BC series consist of eight models and is designed to provide a high degree of efficiency. The cyclones are available with both left and right inlet position.
CONSTRUCTION
The smaller cyclones are delivered as one unit. The bigger cyclones are delivered as a split design with flanges, for assembly on site. The cyclone comes with welded flanges on the inlet, the outlet at the top of the cyclone and the material discharge at the hopper of the cyclone. The cyclones are standard manufactured in 2- 3 mm black steel, surface treatment RAL 5010 powder coated. There are two options on leg constructions Type A and type B with standard clearance of 700 - 1000 mm, Cyclone legs can be manufactured with other clearance heights as desired as an option. The cyclone legs are mounted with bolts on the cyclone brackets.
FUNCTION
The cyclones type BC is intended for separation of fine grain dry particles in pneumatic transport and dust extraction systems. The air is fed into the cyclone inlet at a customised velocity and airflow relative to which type of dust should be separated. The cyclone effect ensures a separation of the material, the coarse purified air is led out of the exit at the top of the cyclone. A substantial part of the material is led to the hopper of the cyclone, where the material is emptied out of the cyclone. The cyclone can also be used as a pre-separator in front of a filter, in cases where there is a substantial load of material. The BC cyclone high and slim design makes it extremely effective for many different types of dust.

Pressure: + 5,000 Pa. - ÷ 5,000 Pa.
Air volume: 1,500 - Approx. 60,000 m3/h. Operating temperature: ÷ 30 to + 80° DG C.
DISCHARGE
The material discharge at the hopper of the cyclone is made with a round flange. Here it is possible to connect a dust bin or a transition to a BRV rotary valve, as optional supply.
ACCESS
As an option, it is possible to provide an inspection door in the cyclone cone part.
