• JAP STS | Model 200
The JAP STS-200 CNC Lathe is compact and precise, with a capacity of 1000 or 1500 mm between centers, a 400 mm swing over bed, and a 42 mm spindle bore. It reaches speeds up to 4000 rpm, powered by a 7.5 kW motor (Fanuc) or 7 kW (Siemens). The 300 mm bed width minimizes vibration, and it features a rapid traverse of 15 m/min (Fanuc) and an 8-station turret for versatile tooling. Optional steady rests support diameters from 10-250 mm.


• JAP STS | Model 250
The JAP STS-250 CNC Lathe is designed for larger work, with up to 2850 mm between centers, a 500 mm swing over bed, and a 65 mm spindle bore. It reaches 3000 rpm with a 15 kW motor (Fanuc) or 9 kW (Siemens), supported by a rigid 350 mm bed. With 15 m/min rapid traverse (Fanuc) and an 8-station turret, it’s versatile and efficient. Optional steady rests range from 10-400 mm.


• JAP STS | Model 350
The JAP STS-350 CNC Lathe is the most powerful, handling up to 3000 mm between centers and a 700 mm swing over bed, with a spindle bore of 80-155 mm and speeds up to 2500 rpm. It’s powered by a 17 kW motor (Fanuc) or 11 kW (Siemens) and has a 425 mm bed width. This model supports rapid traverse of 15 m/min (Fanuc) and features optional steady rests for 90-530 mm, ideal for heavy-duty applications.
