Combi U11 Vertical Milling Machine.

With the Fanuc, Heidenhain and Siemens CNC, the COMBI-U10 can control the 3-axes simultaneously and it is designed for heavy machining of medium to big sized parts. Milling performance, power of 22kW and max. spindle speed of 2000rpm with the 2 step high-low automatic gear change system, and Kiheung`s unique huron system consisting of up head and low head can be turned to any desired angle and vertical/ horizontal combined angle milling is possible.

Optional universal automatic A2-head (Vertical-Horizontal) and A4-head (2.5° indexing) arrangement allows for extremely flexible machining capabilities, especially for machining with tilting plane.

The COMBI-U10 is constructed using professional assembly and hand scraping skills. The Kiheung’s unique Huron system consisting of up head and low head can be turned to any desired angle and vertical/ horizontal, and combined angle milling is possible.

The column is of a rugged box-type construction and its ground slide ways are wide to support and guide securely the spindle head. The bed is composed of one piece construction with double box for lubrication oil and coolant.

The hardened and ground slide ways of the bed provide high stability to the saddle, and the saddle has a rigid box-type construction to cope with loads during heavy-duty cutting.

It is supported by the wide slide ways of the bed to assure stable movement and the Biplast(anti-friction material) ensures the smooth movement of the axis.
