The unique rotating station design enables seamless integration of loading, unloading, and welding processes. Here’s how it works: while the robot welds on side B, the operator loads parts onto side A. Once the weld cycle on side B is complete, the operator smoothly rotates the station, allowing for efficient unloading of parts from side B while the robot seamlessly transitions to welding on side A. This synchronized workflow eliminates downtime, ensuring continuous operation and maximizing productivity.
