Compressed Air Filter Set - Oil Removal Filters

We have for sale one set of high quality ACP&S model ACPF1.2-P/S/A coalescing oil removal filters for removing water droplets and oil from compressed air systems. These are perfect for spray painting applications.

This set consists of three coalescing oil removal filters coupled together to make a super effective oil removal system. The set consists of one 1 x micron pre-filter, one x 0.01 micron sub-micron filter and one x activated carbon odour removal filter.

This filter set normally retails for $865.00 + GST.

The filter elements are installed and included is an automatic condensate drain inside the filter bowl of each filter for automatically removing the water and oil. The automatic drains can also be actuated manually so you can see if any oil, water or particulates are draining to the bottom of the filter bowls.

This filter set has 1/2 inch BSP porting but if you prefer larger connections, please call for prices. See below for sizes available.

This filter set will handle up to 48cfm (23.6 litres / second) at 7 bar (100psi pressure) and the maximum allowable compressed air inlet pressure is 16 bar (232 psi).

Wall mounting brackets are also available if required.
