Neumann Equipment is proud to offer control consoles specially designed to house the controls for all auxiliary equipment on marine vessels. These control consoles are built with high-quality components to withstand the harsh marine environment and provide reliable service for years to come.

Neumann Equipment’s control consoles exceed industry standards and are built to last. They provide flexibility and customisation with options for both top and side mount configurations.

All of our console winch designs are verified using Finite Element Analysis (FEA), manufactured and tested to meet industry standards. They are Built Tough and Designed to Last!

Standard Inclusions:
•Controls to suit all auxiliary equipment.
•316 stainless steel construction.
•All components are selected to suit the harsh marine environment.

Available Additional Options:
•Capstan/windlass, either top-mounted or side-mounted.
•Capstan/windlass line pull capacities – up to 5,000kg.
•Capstan/windlass hauling line speeds – up to 40 metres per minute.
•Cast capstan heads material choice of SG iron or bronze.
•All steelwork (if applicable) is grit blasted and primed with two-pack epoxy primer and finished with heavy-duty two-pack epoxy polyamine marine coatings.
•Drive motor types – electric or hydraulic.
