Steam heated batch cooker for animal by-products.
The batch cooker is an essential machine for the batch thermal treatment of animal by-products. Depending on the application, fat is melted, water is evaporated (drying), the input material is sterilized under pressure or plumes are hydrolyzed under pressure. The jacket of the batch cooker is heated with steam.
The machine is equipped with a suitable mixing agitator to intensively homogenize the treated product. To shorten the process time, the mixing agitator can optionally be heated.
