The BGV260 is an ideal solution for valve guide replacement on cylinder heads, offering practicality, speed, and precision. Its robust design and generous working capacity make it suitable for a wide range of headers, from small motor vehicles to large industrial diesel engines.

The machine features a combined hydraulic and mechanical system. The upper hydraulic cylinder presses uniformly on the guide to be extracted while simultaneously lifting the press body to rest on the load cell, which measures the working pressure. Pressure readings are displayed on two separate gauges: one for lower pressures in kilograms and another for higher values in tonnes. This setup allows the operator to monitor and adjust the pressure, which can be set up to a maximum of 5 tons using a dedicated valve.

The sturdy cradle ensures stable support for even the heaviest and largest heads, and it can be rotated up to ±50° with the side handwheel to achieve the optimal working position. Additionally, the machine is equipped with efficient LED lighting and a convenient slide panel that houses a large set of tools.
