DMC FINISHING SANDERS

Painted or veneered panels? No problems for the DMC range of finishing sanders.

The DMC finishing lines feature a cross belt with a sectioned electronic pad and chevron belt for high precision sanding. The panel then passes to the second unit for further calibration and sanding. Thirdly, the panel meets the SUPERFINISHING unit with an additional sectioned electronic pad and chevron belt which ensures a light touch and a perfect finish.

Finally, the panel is cleaned by rotating blowers as it leaves the machine. All the sanding units are controlled from the PC controller, which gives the operator a large range of speeds to match a variety of different panels.
