DO2 Thermal Monitoring System

This is a heat sensing system to monitor and trend heat in any machine.

Save your machinery from fires, brake downs and save on maintenance.

It consists of 1 or up to 10 heating sensing cameras that can be programmed on site by
the mill personnel into 10 zones, all set by the operator.

Trending data and alarm levels are programmable as well to provide:

Caution Level 2 (e.g stop the machine or deluge the fire system)

The system consists thermal imaging cameras (FLIR) in order to monitor hotspots on
equipment, preventing overheating and premature mechanical wear.

The system includes a 15” touchscreen monitor, a computer, one or more thermal
cameras (depending on needed field-of-view (FOV) or monitored equipment).

The thermal cameras are programmable and can return the temperature of a specific
spot or a zone (max temperature in the zone).

The system is entirely stand-alone and includes an audiovisual alert. It provides
temperature graphs (°C or °F selectable), real-time readings of the different points of
measurement and an historical of up to 24 hours or export as SQL file for longer data
storage.
