As the smallest mobile shredder in the AK series, the AK 315 can be used for almost all shredding tasks. The new MTU engine with 230 KW even meets the latest emissions standard Stage V.

SPECIAL FEATURES
The AK 315 can be used flexibly and universally. It can shred old wood, wooden pallets, green waste, organic waste, logs and roots, as well as finely shredding substitute fuels. The heavy two-row flail drum can be equipped with different flail tips depending on the material and application. Different material structures can be achieved using the optional fine shredding baskets with mesh sizes of 30 to 320 mm.

The material feed is controlled depending on the load, so that optimum use of the engine power and thus a consistently high throughput are ensured at all times. When a certain limit pressure is reached on the feed roller, automatic reversing occurs. The feed speed of the scraper floor can be manually adjusted depending on the material requirements.

The optionally available lowerable rear discharge conveyor can be easily folded in and out hydraulically and lowered for maintenance work on the flail drum. The discharge height of over 3.5 m makes it easy to transfer the shredded material to subsequent machines or containers.

The powerful, modern diesel engine from MTU has electronic torque optimization and has high torque with low fuel consumption. The large, slow-running fan wheel ensures a low noise level during operation.

The new decentralized electrical system offers a high level of diagnostic capability and therefore better support in the event of a service call.
