MAXIMUM MOBILITY – EVEN OFF THE BEATEN TRACK
With its tracked chassis, which is also available in an off-road version, the AK 565 K can also be used on rough terrain. The lowerable rear conveyor makes maintenance easier.
APPLICATION
- Old wood
- Green waste
- Compost
- Commercial waste
- Substitue fuels – EBS
- Agricultural residues
SPECIAL FEATURES
The AK 565 K is a completely newly developed model in the AK series. It replaces the previous model, the AK 510 K BioPower. The new MTU engine complies with the latest emissions standard V and, at 390 kW, offers 400 Nm more torque than its predecessor. In addition to the standard tracked chassis, an off-road version is available, which gives the AK 565 K even more ground clearance and improved off-road capability.
The AK 565 K is easier to maintain, particularly thanks to the lowerable rear conveyor belt that comes as standard. The use of uniform components also ensures that spare parts are required to a minimum and that components can be easily replaced when servicing is required. The new decentralized electrical system and the new radio system mean that the AK 565 K has a high level of diagnostic capability and therefore offers better support.
The cooling performance is higher than in the previous model. At the same time, the cooler control is more effective, so that the operating temperature is reached more quickly. Fire protection has also been improved: the exhaust system and the AGN box are made entirely of stainless steel and thermally shielded with the highest quality integral insulation.
The Doppstadt AK 565 K can be used for a very wide range of materials, such as shredding old wood, wooden pallets, green waste, organic waste or logs and roots.
ADVANTAGES
• One-man operation (radio remote control of all functions), machine movement via crawler chassis, high mobility in off-road conditions (*optional with 200 mm higher off-road chassis)
• Continuous shredding through load-controlled material feed, insensitive to foreign matter due to freely swinging hammers
• latest engine and exhaust technology, compliance with emissions standard Stage V
• Exhaust system made entirely of stainless steel
• Standard lowerable 7.5 m long rear conveyor (discharge height over 5 m) enables shortest set-up times and maximum accessibility and ease of maintenance to the flail drum, tools or rear basket
• Separate drive of scraper floor and pendulum-mounted feed roller for optimal material feed and high throughput
• Free-swinging flails of the flail drum, with a flywheel mass of approx. 2.5 t, have quickly individually exchangeable flail tips that are adapted to the material (e.g. hard metal or armored tips)
• Special baskets* with 3D technology for the use of old wood for more structure in the final product (*optional)
