As the successor model to the AK 560 EcoPower Plus, the mobile 3-axle AK 565 Plus has a new engine with emission level V. The 6 m long rear conveyor provides high flexibility when unloading.

SPECIAL FEATURES
The extra-long, three-part rear conveyor, which is part of the standard equipment of the AK 565 Plus, allows a distance of 6 m to be bridged when discharging material - with a discharge height of 4.2 m. This gives you more flexibility both when loading and clearing the material cones and when transferring the shredded material to subsequent machines or containers. The rear conveyor can be lowered almost to the ground, which means that tool changes or regular service work can be carried out very easily and conveniently.

The Doppstadt AK 565 Plus can be used for a very wide range of materials, such as shredding old wood, wooden pallets, green waste, organic waste or logs and roots.

The scraper floor and the pendulum-mounted feed roller are driven separately. This optimizes the material feed, which is reflected in higher throughput values for all types of material. The optimized main drive with the proven MTU engine now meets the latest emissions standard Stage V and also offers a consistently higher torque (plus 140 Nm) compared to the previous model.

The flail drum is 1,750 mm wide and has a diameter of 1,120 mm. It weighs an impressive 2.5 t and runs at around 1,000 revolutions per minute. 36 freely swinging flails are attached to it and ensure that even larger input material can be processed without any problems.
