Flexible and absolutely reliable in every application: The DU 265 turns table and trapezoidal windrows sideways in the compost. The material is also aerated and the biological conversion process in the rotting process is effectively homogenized and accelerated.

SPECIAL FEATURES
The mobile turner DU 265 is independent of the pile shape and suitable for throughputs of up to 600 m³/h. The machine can be used flexibly anywhere and requires only minimal set-up times. The side milling discs are equipped with particularly low-wear tools that can be easily replaced.
By using different tool shapes, the turner can be adapted to a wide range of requirements. The hydraulically controlled discharge drum allows variable discharge and thus enables precise, individual pile construction in three phases: basic construction (deflection downwards), normal lateral pile construction and raised construction (deflection upwards).
The DU 265 is connected to the corresponding carrier vehicle using a three-point hitch. A power take-off shaft drives the entire unit at 1,000 revolutions per minute with enough power to easily meet the requirements of continuous use.
Components from well-known manufacturers are used for hydraulics, control and safety systems. In conjunction with a well-thought-out design, this results in particularly low maintenance and downtime during operation. Like all Doppstadt machines, the DU 265 is also characterized by extremely simple operation and maximum mobility.
The DU 265 turner is used for the effective turning and processing of compost heaps, contaminated soils as well as for material heaps of shredded green waste or residual/organic waste.
