The DU 320 is the ideal addition for companies that want to make even greater use of their large tractors. The tractor turner with reversing device turns table and trapezoidal stacks sideways and effectively accelerates the biological conversion process through ventilation.

SPECIAL FEATURES

The DU 320 is independent of the windrow shape and is suitable for throughputs of up to 1000 m3/h. It is pushed along the windrow flank and mills off the material. This is then placed as a new windrow via the side conveyor belt next to the machine. 

The machine can be used flexibly anywhere and requires minimal set-up times. The side milling discs are equipped with particularly low-wear tools that can be easily replaced.

The DU 320 is connected to the corresponding carrier vehicle using a three-point hitch. A power take-off shaft drives the entire unit at 1000 revolutions per minute with enough power to easily meet the requirements of continuous use.

Components from well-known manufacturers are used for hydraulics, control and safety systems. In conjunction with a well-thought-out design, this results in particularly low maintenance and downtime. Like all Doppstadt machines, the DU 320 is also characterized by its ease of operation and maximum mobility.

The DU 320 turner is used for the effective turning and processing of compost heaps, contaminated soils as well as for material heaps of shredded green waste or residual/organic waste.
