POWERHOUSE FOR ALL OCCASIONS
The perfect separation solution for difficult material flows – Selector 400
Commercial waste, bulky waste, construction waste – mixed material flows require a real expert. Thanks to its spiral shaft technology, the Selector 400 can handle even difficult-to-separate materials and separates them cleanly and quickly.
APPLICATION
• Old wood
• Green waste
• Compost
• Commercial waste
• Substitute fuels – EBS
• Mixed construction waste
• Organic waste and sieve residues
SPECIAL FEATURES
Mixed material flows are usually very tangled or stuck together - and therefore very difficult to separate. Where other technology gives up, the Selector 400 from Doppstadt is at its best. Thanks to its compact design, it is ideally equipped for material separations that require a lot of resistance. The particularly robust tools offer tough material hardly any points of attack for entanglement, and there is no electronics installed, which further reduces the machine's susceptibility to wear and tear and malfunctions.
The powerhouse of the Selector 400 is the spiral shafts, of which there are up to 20 on board depending on the configuration. They ensure thorough removal of shapeless, bulky contaminants in the first separation step. The spiral shaft screen deck consists of two modules, each measuring 2x2 m.
But the Selector 400 not only scores with power, but also with high flexibility: The machine can be driven via the additional hydraulic connection of the DW series as well as via products from other manufacturers or a separate hydraulic unit.
ADVANTAGES
• Problem-free processing of material flows that are difficult to screen, are wound and cause high wear
• Use of the hydraulic auxiliary drive of Doppstadt products or those of third-party manufacturers, alternatively use of a separate hydraulic unit
• Hook lift mobile, compact transport dimensions, short set-up times
• Simple, robust and compact design, no electronics and low-wear technology ensure high process reliability
• Low energy consumption and very low operating costs
• For particularly inhomogeneous material mixtures even without pre-shredding – but then a dosed feed onto the acceleration belt is necessary
• Active sieve gaps prevent clogging – and thus ensure consistent sieve quality
