The Reverse Flow Filter Unit is a Danish design suitable for medium to large applications. The units are completely modular, allowing customers to future proof their business; the optional Chain Filter enables the extra modules to be added.
The Reverse Flow Filter Unit connects to the ductwork design to collect dust particles from the suction inlets & hoods connected to the machinery, along with airborne dust in the workspace.

Australian Dust Control is the Australian agent for these Danish designed Aagaard A/S Reverse Flow Filter Units.
The Reverse Flow Filter Unit Series ranges from Model ASF2 DHLK with a filter surface area of 100 m2 using a 18.5kW fan to Model ASF6 DXLK with a filter surface area of 390m2 using a 75kW fan.
FUNCTIONS OF THIS PRODUCT
The filter unit is designed to be connected to a complete ductwork run that connects the machinery to the filter unit, extracting dust direct from the source. The Reverse Flow Filter Unit utilises regeneration fans (axial flow) as the filter’s cleaning mechanism and filter socks as the filtration media. The cleaning cycle is carried out every 4 - 6 hours, usually during work-breaks.
The Reverse Flow Dust Collector has the option to be fitted with Australian Dust Control’s Variable Speed Drive (VSD) resulting in significant & ongoing energy cost savings.
