T he Eagle OTR Debeader stands out as the premier solution for removing bead bundles from radial Off the Road (OTR) tyres, covering a wide range of sizes from 20.5/R25 to 59/80R63. Its patented design incorporates hydraulically adjustable die plates to accommodate different sizes of bead bundles across various tire dimensions. Additionally, a hydraulic shear is integrated to effectively trim any excess rubber from weakened sidewalls.

Facilitating ease of operation, a hydraulic crane is incorporated to safely remove bead wires from the hook and relocate them away from the machine. For operator safety and maneuverability, the system utilises a wireless remote control, providing operators with optimal control and flexibility around the machine.
